As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I walk alongside clients as they learn to manage their emotions in healthy way while learning how to honor themselves without turning to substances or destructive behaviors. My role is to help individuals explore the roots of their emotional pain and develop tools to cope through faith, emotional awareness, and practical strategies.
I provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients can speak openly—whether they need to vent, cry, question, or simply be heard. For many, this is the first time they’ve experienced someone truly listening without interruption or expectation.
I work with clients to improve communication skills so they can express themselves clearly and respectfully—both to others and to themselves. Many come into therapy with harsh self-talk or a distorted view of their worth. Through counseling and encouragement, I help them begin to see themselves worthy, loved, and capable of change.
Together, we explore new perspectives on life—shifting from survival mode to intentional, purpose-filled living. My goal is to guide clients as they rebuild their lives with greater clarity, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of identity rooted in truth.
