I offer individual therapy and couples counseling to individuals aged 18 and older, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, grief, intimate partner violence, and substance use disorders. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space in a warm, supportive environment to navigate the aftermath of traumatic experiences and start the healing process.
Through a trauma-informed lens, I integrate techniques associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), interpersonal skills, and mindfulness practices to help clients build resilience, manage distress, and regain control of their emotional well-being.
My experience extends to supporting military veterans and members of the LGBTQ+ community. In addition, I offer faith-based and Christian counseling for those seeking a spiritually integrated approach to care. I understand the unique needs of each population and adjust care to ensure that clients feel seen, heard, and valued. In my free time, I enjoy watercolor painting, adult coloring books, reading, and listening to music.
Services for people or family members of those in recovery, I offer the same services...individual and couples/family counseling.
